Fee Structures

Retained Recruitment

Our retained recruitment service is charged at 22% of the base salary (+VAT) for the candidate recruited. We work with stage payments -

£5,000 on retention, £5,000 at verbal offer of employment and with the final balancing fee invoiced on the date the new recruit starts employment.

Advisory

Our advisory projects vary in terms of scale, duration and complexity and are tailored according to client need. Our team changes off a per-diem basis with day rates ranging from £800 to £3,000 + VAT.

We assist in a timely and effective fashion and will be delighted to supply references.

Events

We deliver directly and partner with third parties to ensure tailored events - ranging from small lunches to business seminars.
